At Lead Church, we believe in the power of Jesus to transform lives. Our mission is simple: to create a Christ-centred community where people love God, live with excellence, walk authentically, and dream boldly. No matter where you come from or your story, thereʼs a place for you here.
Every Sunday, we gather to worship, grow in faith, and encourage one another. Beyond Sundays, we are a church that moves—serving our city, disciplining the next generation, and making a difference in peopleʼs lives.

What We BELIEVE
wholeheartedly, live with purpose, and walk in the power of the Holy Spirit. Here’s what we believe:
We believe in the power of the Gospel to transform lives through:
- Repentance - Turning from sin and turning to God. (Mark 115; Luke 133; Acts 319)
- Justification – Being made right with God by faith. (Romans 51; Titus 37)
- Regeneration – A new life through the Holy Spirit. (Titus 35)
- New Birth – Being born again into the family of God. (John 33; 1 Peter 123; 1 John 39)
We are called to live lives set apart for God through
- Sanctification – A process of becoming more like Christ. (Romans 52; 1 Thessalonians 43)
- Holiness – Walking in purity and obedience. (Hebrews 1214; 1 Thessalonians 47)
Baptism & Communion
- Water Baptism – A public declaration of our faith. (Matthew 2819; Acts 836-38)
- The Lordʼs Supper – Remembering Christʼs sacrifice through communion. (1 Corinthians 1123–26)
- Washing of the Saintsʼ Feet – A symbol of humility and service. (John 134–17)
We believe in the empowering presence of the Holy Spirit
- Baptism with the Holy Ghost – For power and boldness in service. (Acts 18; Luke 2449)
- Speaking in Tongues – The initial evidence of Holy Spirit baptism. (Acts 24; Acts 191–7)
- Spiritual Gifts – Given to build up the church and minister to others. (1 Corinthians 121, 7, 10)
- Fruit of the Spirit – The evidence of a Spirit-filled life. (Galatians 522–23)

We believe in the local and global Church as the body of Christ, called to worship, serve, and share the Gospel. (Matthew 1618; Acts 242–47; Ephesians 219–22)
We believe divine healing is available through Christʼs atonement. (Isaiah 535; James 514–16; 1 Peter 224) We also believe in signs and wonders that follow those who believe. (Mark 1617–20)
We practice tithing and giving as acts of worship and obedience, trusting God to provide. (Malachi 310; 2 Corinthians 96–9)
Where possible, we believe in making things right with others as a fruit of repentance. (Luke 198–9)
The Return
of Jesus
We believe in the premillennial second coming of Jesus Christ:
- First, to resurrect the saints and rapture His Church. (1 Thessalonians 415–17)
- Then, to reign on earth for a thousand years. (Revelation 204–6)
Eternity
We believe in the premillennial second coming of Jesus Christ:
- Resurrection of the Dead – All will be raised, some to eternal life and others to judgment. (John 528–29)
- Eternal Life – Reserved for those who are in Christ. (John 1028; 1 John 511–13)
- Eternal Punishment – For the wicked; not annihilation but everlasting separation from God. (Matthew 2541–46; Revelation 2010–15)
